【摘要】 检测６６例急性闭合性颅脑外伤患者红细胞Ｃ_３ｂ受体花环率（ＲＣ_３ｂＲＲ），红细胞免疫复合物花环率（ＲＩＣＲ），红细胞免疫粘附促进百分率（ＲＦＥＲ）及红细胞免疫粘附抑制百分率（ＲＦＩＲ）。观察各型脑外伤后免疫变化的规律与病情转归的关系。结果证明，各组脑外伤患者ＲＣ_３ｂＲＲ和ＲＦＥＲ均明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），而ＲＩＣＲ和ＲＦＩＲ均明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；上述指标伤情越重，变化越明显，恢复越慢。讨论了发生机理及临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The RBC immune adherence, which was determind by RBC C₃b recepter rosetter （RC₃bRR） and RBC immune complex rosetter （RICR） were measured in 66 patients with acute closed head injury. RBC immune adherence enhance factor rate （RFER）, RBC adheence inhibitory factor rate （RFIR） were also measured. The relation between the changes of immune index of different types in head injury patients and prognosis of that were observed. The result showed that RC₃bRR and RFER were significantly lower than that of control in each group. Whereas, RICR and RFIR were significantly higher than that of control. From comparing among groups, the more severity of injury, the remarkable the changes and the slower the recovery. The pathognesis and the clinical significance were discussed.更多还原
