【Abstract】 Abstract A method to correct claw hand was used in 15 cases,which transfers the palmaris longus with aponeurosis palmaris to ring and small fingers A1 pulley,and according to the condition of deformities,shortens the palmar skin from 0.3 to 0.6 cm.The deformities existed from 8 months to 3 years.After follow-up for 5 mouths to 2 years,good results were achieved:the deformities were corrected and no relapse occurred.更多还原
