【摘要】 对1989～1991年536例烧伤病人创面分离的各种细菌、真菌共39种1116株进行了分析,结果表明:金黄色葡萄球菌217株,检出率为19.4%,居第一位;铜绿假单胞菌208株,检出率为18.6%,居第二位;乙酸钙不动杆菌119株,检出率为10.6%,居第三位。同时于创面及烧伤病房环境中分离出了蜡样芽胞杆菌、绿色气球菌、曲霉菌等机会致病菌,且创面分离数量较多的菌在环境中几乎均可检出。我们还对分离数量较多的细菌进行了药物敏感性试验。更多还原

【Abstract】 We report the analysis of 1 116 strains of pathogens isolated from infect- ed burn wounds of 536 patients hospitalized from 1989 to 1991.From the 1 116 strains of pathogens,39 species of aerobes and fungi were found,including 217 strains of staphylo- coccus aureus,208 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 119 strains of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus.The positive rates of the above three bacteria were 19.4%,18.60% and 10.6% respectively.Some opportunistic pathogens,such as bacillus cercus,aerococus virdans and aspergillus etc.were also isolated from the burn wounds as well as the ward environments.The drug sensitivity of some of the common bacterial was determined.更多还原
