【Abstract】 From Oct.1989 to Oct.1994,we performed peroral balloon dilatation to treat strictures of gastroen- teroanastomosis with balloon catheter in 21 patients. This article discusses the methods of intubation of guide wire and balloon catheter into place of stricture,the se- lection of length of balloon catheter and its diameter,di- latating time and working pressure.Symptoms were im- proved in 16 cases,and in 5 cases obstruction persists af- ter successful balloon dilalation.更多还原
