诺氟沙星的电荷转移反应测定
SPECTROPHOTOMETRY OF NORFLOXACIN WITH CHARGE TRANSFER REACTION
【摘要】 以氯亚氨基-2,6-二氯醌作显色剂,用分光光度法测定诺氟沙星含量。吸光度与浓度在4~24μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.81%。RSD为0.15%(n=5),方法简便,快速。
【Abstract】 A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of norfloxacin (1) using 2,6-dichloroquinone-N-chlorimide(2) has been developed.1 reacts with 2 to form a purple-red complex with ratio of 1 :1. The detection wavelength is 5 34nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 4~24μg/ml. The regression equation is A=0.02375 C=0.035,r=0.9990. The average recovery is 99.81%, RSD=0.15%(n=5). This method is simple and rapid.
