【Abstract】 A second order derivative spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of pipemidic acid (1) tablets.The amplitude D of between 275 nm and 285 nm was linear with cocentration of 1 within the range of 1～11μg/ml.The recovery of 1 was over 99%.Its regression equation is D=0.1814C-0.01425 (r=0.9999).This method is Simple and accurate.更多还原
