【Abstract】 H₂-Receptor antagonist nizatidine was prepared through the condensation of thiazolyl ring moiety with substituted cysteamine side chain in 52% yield. The thiazolyl ring moiety was synthesized from dimethylamine in 13.4% yield,and side chain part was prepared from nitromethane in 37.6%yield.更多还原
