【摘要】 为评价头孢特仑治疗细菌惑染的安全性和有效性，在１２３例呼吸道、尿路感染患者中，以头孢克罗作对照药进行随机对照研究。临床有效率及细菌清除率头孢特仑组为９２．１％和９１，４％，头孢克罗组为８３．３％和８５．２％。不良反应发生率头孢特仑组为４．６％，头孢克罗组为９．４％，均以消化道反应为主。最低抑菌浓度结果显示，头孢特仑对肠杆曹科等革兰阴性杆菌具有高度抗菌活性，优于第一、二代口服头孢菌亲及阿莫西林，对大肠杆菌的抗茵活性尚优于庆大霉素和环丙沙星。本研究结果显示，头孢特仑治疗呼吸道、尿路感染安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 o evaluate the efficacy and the safety of cefteram in bacterial infections, a randomized controlstudy of cefteram and cefaclo on the treatment of 123 patients with respiratory and urinary tract infec-tions was carried out. The result showed that the effective and the bacterial eradication rates were 92.1%and 91.4%for cefteram ,83.3% and 85.2%for cefaclor. Adverse reactions were mainly gastroin-testinal reactions, occurring in 4.6% of the cefteram group and 9.4%of the cefaclor group. Study ofminimum inhibitory concentration displayed high antibacterial activity of cefteram for enterobacteriaceae and other Gram-negative organisms and its activity was higher than that of gentamyicin and ciprofloxacin for E, coli.It is concluded that cefteram was effective and safe in the treatment of respira-tory and urinary tract infections.更多还原
