正常人和草酸钙结石病人尿草酸钙晶体基质

【摘要】 以改良Morse和Resnick法提取10例上尿路草酸钙结石病人和11例正常人的尿草酸钙晶体基质,用双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对晶体基质及结晶前后尿大分子物的蛋白质组成进行了比较分析。结果表明:尿大分子物与一水草酸钙晶体(COM)的结合具有高度选择性;COM晶体与尿大分子物的作用是相互的,结晶过程可能使某些尿大分子物的生化特征发生改变。同正常人相比,结石病人的晶体基质和尿大分子物的蛋白质组成均有一定差异,这可能是病人有成石倾向的一个原因。

【Abstract】 The calcium oxalate crystal matrix was extracted from urine of 10 calcium oxalate stone-formers and 11normal subjects according to morse and resnick’s method.The proteinous composition of crystal matrix and the urinary macromolecules(UMMS) before and after crystallization was studied comparatively by twodimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results suggested that the binding UMMS to calcium oxalate crystal which formed in urine in vitro is a highly selective phenomenon.During crystallization,the biochemical characterization of some UMMS was changed,the composition of crystal matrix and UMMS of stoneformers differs from normal subjects.This might be one of the causes of the tendency of stone formation in stone-formers.
