【摘要】 １９７３～１９９４年５月共收治骨盆骨折所致的后尿道断裂５４例，其中行早期尿道吻合３３例，亚早期尿道吻合９例，占７７．８％（４２／５４），均取得满意效果。尿道断裂早期组织弹性好，无粘连，无瘢痕，可以达到解剖对位。手术同时可以清除血肿及外渗尿液，减少感染及狭窄机会。对合并休克的病人在休克纠正后，处理其他复合伤的同时力争尽早行尿道对端吻合术。对伤情严重的病人经抢救休克处理复合伤，生命指标平稳后行亚早期手术仍有手术方便，效果可靠等优点，且更具安全性。本组无一例因早期、亚早期手术而出现其他并发症或死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1973 to May of 1994,54 cases with posterior urethral injury caused at fracture of pelvis were admitted and treated at our hospital.Of the 54,33 were operated with early stage urethral anastomosis and 9 sub-early stage urethral anastomosis,representing a total of 77.8% (42/54).They all got satisfactory results.During early stage of urethral injury,the tissular elasticity is good without adhesion or scar.So matching can be achieved.During operation we can get rid of hematoncus and oozing urine,reducing chances of infection and stricture.For the patients with shock,we corrected shock first,and while treating other wounds we did end-to-end urethral anastomosis as early as possible.For patients in critical conditions,emergency measures were taken in treating shock and other wounds.When their conditions were stable,sub-early stage operation was desirable for it was safe and could produce reliable curative effect.None of the patients suffered complication or died due to early or sub-early stage operation.更多还原
