事件相关电位N400与精神分裂症
N400 component of event-related potentials and schizophrenia
【摘要】 作者对23例服药精神分裂症和20例未服药精神分裂症及20例正常受试者,记录事件相关电位N400。受试者均接受视觉词意分类作业。结果显示,精神分裂症组N400波幅较对照组低,潜伏期延长30~100ms。随病情好转,精神分裂症N400波幅逐渐增大,其潜伏期缩短。而未服药组N400波波幅更小且形状不规则,潜伏期延长50~100ms。精神分裂症组N400潜伏期与阴性症状评定量表得分呈正相关。精神分裂症组N400与抗精神病药物剂量无关。精神分裂症组N400地形图显示以左颞叶不活跃,提示精神分裂症病人有左颞叶结构的异常。
【Abstract】 Abstract medicated and 20 non-medicated schizophrenics as well as 20 normal subjects were recorded for N400component of event-related potentials.The semantic categorization task (visual)was carried out in each test. The results showed that there were decreased N400 were amplitudes and prolong from 30 ms to 100 ms in N400 latency in medicated schizophrenics in comparison to the normal group. Irregular N400wavefrom might be found in non-medicated schizophrenics, which indicated the schizophrenics could not create the right expectancy to little priming. The N400latency was in positive correlation with the SANS score in schizophrenia,N400 mapping demonstrated that there were no N400 activities in the left temple lobes which suggested that there were probably abnormal structural changes in the left temple lobes in the schizophrenics.
