自血光量子疗法和腹蛇抗栓酶联合治疗兔脊髓损伤
Rabbit Spinal Cord Injury Treated with Autohemo-therapy of Light Quanta Combined with Ahylyseatinfarctase
【摘要】 48只兔造成脊髓损伤,分为四组:对照组、腹蛇抗栓酶(AA)治疗组、自血光量子疗法(ALQ)治疗组以及AA和ALQ联合治疗组.通过运动功能、脊髓诱发电位、光镜和电镜的对比研究,发现ALQ和AA联合应用的疗效优于ALQ或AA单独应用.认为ALQ和AA联合应用除了都能改变血液流变学性质外,ALQ可以提高组织供氧量和氧利用率,AA可以溶栓疏通微循环,因此具有促进脊髓功能恢复的协同疗效。
【Abstract】 Forty--eight rabbits were suffered from spinal cord injury, and divided into four groups:thecontrol group, the ahylysantinfarctase (AA)trated group,the autohemo -therapy (ALQ)treated group, andthe combined use of AA and ALQ treated group, By observing the motion function, spinal cord evoked potential, as well as the optical and electron microscope changes, we found the curative effect of the combineduse of ALQ and AA was better than that of the single use of ALQ or AA. It is considered that both ALQ andAA might change the nature of blood rheology,but ALQ also increased the tissue oxygen content and sygenutilization rate, while AA might dissolve the thrombus and dredge the microcirculation.Therefore, the combined use of ALQ and AA possesses the synergically curative effect to promote the recovery of spinal cordfuntion.
