【摘要】 采用单切面实时超声显像法对３１例老年非溃疡性消化不良患者及１６例健康对照者进行流体胃动力学多项指标检测。结果显示：患者组胃液体排空Ｔ＿１／２为３８．８±１０．５分钟，对照组２９．４±７．７分钟，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。同时患者组的胃窦收缩频率为３．３±１．０次／２分钟、胃窦收缩幅度为０．４±０．１、胃窦运动指数为１．５±０．９，对照组分别为４．４±１．７次／２分钟、０．６±０．２及２．７±１．９，差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），且患者组胃液体排空时间延长与其胃窦运动指数下降相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。老年患者组男性胃液体排空Ｔ＿１／２为３５．２±７．７分钟，女性为４４．４±１２．１分钟，差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），表明老年男性患者胃液体排空Ｔ＿１／２正常，而女性患者延迟。提示胃动力学功能障碍在老年人非溃疡性消化不良发病中起一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract In order to study the cause pathogenesis of non-ulcer dyspepsia(NUD)in aged patients,several parameters of gastric motility in 31 aged patients with NUD and 16 normal controls were studied by real-time ultrasonography.The results showed that:gastric half-emptying time of liquid was delayed in aged patients with NUD as compared to that of controls;the frequecy,amplitude and motility index of gastric antrum were reduced in aged patients with NUD as compared to the controls;delayed gastric emptying was associated with the decrease of motility index of gastric antrum;female and male controls,and male patients had similar gastric emptying time,but it was delayed in female patients.The present study suggested that dysfunction of gastric motility may play a role in the cause and pathogenesis of NUD in aged patients.更多还原
