【摘要】 报道１９６３～１９９２年尸检病理诊断的老年人肺炎９０例。其中吸入性肺炎１５例，病毒性及霉菌性肺炎各２例，尿毒症肺炎３例，病因未定的有支气管肺炎６２例，间质性肺炎６例。此９０例中，临床诊断肺炎６０例，诊断符合率６６％。对老年人肺炎的诊断、病原学及吸入性肺炎、间质性肺炎、尿毒症肺炎等进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The pathological diagnosis of Pneumonia during 1963-1992 in 90 cases of autopsed old patients aged 62-97 years were reported. There were 15 cases with aspiration pneumonia, 2 with viral pneumonia, 2 with fungal Pneumonia, 3 with uremic pneumonia, and 68 with unidentified etiology including 62 cases of bronchopneumonia and 6 cases of interstitial pneumonia. However, clinically only 60 cases were diagnosed with the pathologico-clinical diagnosis correctness of 66%. The diagnosis and etiology of pneumonia in the aged as well as aspiration pneumonia, interstitial pneumonia and uremic pneumonia were discussed.更多还原
