【摘要】 应用动态心电图仪，定量观察了６０例健康人（其中青年及老年人各３０例）、３０例老年心衰患者、３０例老年糖尿病患者的心率变异性。结果显示：健康老年人２４小时正常Ｒ－Ｒ间期标准差（ＳＴＳＤ）为１２３．５±１８．８ｍｓ，２４小时内连续５分钟节段正常Ｒ－Ｒ间期标准差的平均数（ＳＤ）为４５．４±１１．３ｍｓ，２４小时内连续５分钟节段平均正常Ｒ－Ｒ间期标准差（ＳＤＡＮＮ）为１１２．３±１８．３ｍｓ，２４小时内每２个相邻Ｒ－Ｒ间期大于５０ｍｓ的绝对数(ＲＲ_５０)为５６６６．６±６２４９．２，低频频域测量（ＬＦＰＳＤ）５４４．２±２８６．４ｍｓ￣２／Ｈｚ，高频频域测量（ＨＦＰＳＤ）９０．７±１２１．２ｍｓ￣２／Ｈｚ，均明显低于青年人（Ｐ＜０．００１）。老年心衰患者的ＨＲＶ明显低于健康人，两组间的ＳＴＳＤ、ＳＤ、ＳＤＡＮＮ、ＬＦＰＳＤ比较，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）；糖尿病患者ＳＴＳＤ、ＳＤ，ＳＤＡＮＮ，ＬＦＰＳＤ均明显低于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示心率变异性可作为判断老年人糖尿病、心衰等预后的手段之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract By means of dynamic ECG apparatus the heart rate variability(HRV) was analysed in 60 healthy subjects including 30 young and 30 aged, 30 patients with cardiac failure and 30 diabetics. The results showed that:the standard deviation of normal R-R intervals of the aged in 24 hours(STSD) was 123.5±18.8 ms, the standard deviation of qualified intervals at 5 minute resolution(SD) was 45.4±11.3 ms, standard deviation of the mean intervals at minute resolution(SDANN) was 112.3±18.3 ms. The absolute number of R-R intervals greater than 50 milliseconds(RR(50)) was 5666.6±6249.2, with 544.2±286.4ms2/Hz, at low frequancy(LF PSD) and 90.7±121.2ms2/Hz at high frequancy(HF PSD) in healthy aged which were significantly lower than that of the normal young subjects(P<0.001). HRV in the aged with cardiac failure was makedly lower than that in healthy. The differences of STSD, SD, SDANN, LF PSD between two groups were significant(P<0.001), STSD, SD, SDANN, LF PSD in diabetics were also significantly lower as compared to healthy aged(P<0.01 respectively).
