【摘要】 报道住院的７８例８０岁以上老年人髋部骨折。股骨颈骨折４１例，股骨粗隆间骨折３７例；手术治疗５２例，非手术治疗２６例；骨折前有７０．５％的患者并存其它脏器疾病；住院期间死亡３例，无术中死亡。手术治疗组一年内死亡４例，一年内病死率为８．５％，功能优良率为８５．１％；非手术治疗组一年内死亡７例，一年内病死率为３６．８％，功能优良率为６３．２％。表明８０岁以上老年人髋部骨折行手术治疗能取得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Seventy-eight cases of hip fracture in patients aged 80 and over treated by the authors from January 1987 to January 1994 were reported. There were 41 cases of femoral neck fracture and 37 cases of intertrochanteric fracture. Fifty-two cases were treated operatively and 26 conservatively. Among them, 70.5% had one or more concomitant diseases of other orgens. Three cases died while in hospital, but there was no death during operation. The overall mortality is 21.2% in one year, but that in the surgical group was 8.5%, and in the conservative group 36.8%. In the surgical group 85.1% had excellent and good results and in the conservative group 63.2%. The authors are of the opinion that operation can obtain better results in hip fracture patients aged 80 and over.更多还原
