【摘要】 应用计算机控制的重心平衡测定仪对３０７名正常人进行平衡功能定量评测．按年龄及体型各分三组。于并足和分足站立情况下分别在睁眼、闭眼时测试与身体平衡有关的五种参数，从而获取正常人平衡功能有关的正常参考值，并对影响平衡功能相关因素进行了分析。结果表明，年龄与平衡功能成正相关，即年龄越高，平均功能越差。体型与平衡功能成负相关，即矮胖型的平衡功能差。性别与平衡功能无相关性。睁眼、分足较闭眼、并足稳定性好．重心平衡测定仪可做为眩晕、前庭病变、脑部病变辅助诊断和康复功能评测定量指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The balance function in 307 normal subjects was quantitatively evaluated with computer stabilometer.According to the difference of age and body pattern,they were divided into three groups. The persons were told that the feet stood side by side and stood separately with the eyes opened and closed to get five prrameters. That the factors affected the stabilization were analysed. The result showed that the age was related to stabilization positively,the older, the poorer the stabilization is. The body pattern was correlative with stabilization negatively, the shorter and fatter, the worst.However, there was no relationship between sex and stabilization. When the eyes opened and the feet stood separately, the stabilization was better than that of eyes closing and feet standing side by side. The clinical application of computer stabilometer is also explored in this article.更多还原
