肌电生物反馈用于气功入静的可行性研究

【摘要】 对44名正常人利用肌电生物反馈(MBF)进行了实验研究,其中观察16名练气功者在气功状态下前额肌肉放松程度,并对28名未练气功者在自我放松状态下和NBF指导下前额肌放松程度作了自身对照实验。结果显示,气功组在30分钟的练功中前额肌电最低值及肌电下降幅度与未练功组间差异有非常显著性;采用MBF技术指导放松训练,前额肌电降低幅度及肌电最低值与单纯自我放松相比,差异有显著性。说明采用MBF指导下,可帮助气功初学者或不易入静放松的练功者,加强自身的控制和调节能力。

【Abstract】 Forty-four subjects including 16 persons with Qigong training and 28 without Qi-gong training were examined with EMG-biofeedback to study the relaxation level of musculi frontalis. There was a significant difference in minimal muscle electric activity and EMG declined amplitude between both groups. While the 28 people who hadn’t Qi-gong training were selfcomparison under the guide of EMG and self-relaxation status, the result showed that they had a obvious difference in minimal muscle electric activity and EMG declined amplitude, too. It is suggested that the EMGbiofeedback may be helpful to self-relaxation in Qigong trainers.
