乙醇、甲苯与苯对肝肾等器官的联合毒作用
COMBINED TOXICATION OF BENZENE WITH TOLUENE OR ETHANOL ON LIVER AND KIDNEY IN BALB/C MICE
【摘要】 应用光镜、电镜观察和功能测定研究乙醇、甲苯与苯吸入染毒27周对雌性BALB/C小鼠的肝、肾等器官的联合毒性及其动态变化。结果表明其对肾、肺的损伤较轻;但对肝可致脂肪沉积、气球样变和嗜酸样变性及点状坏死,400mg/m3苯组和40mg/lg3苯合并饮10%乙醇组尤为显著,旦随染毒时间延长,病变程度和范围亦加重。染毒2个月时,电镜观察可见线粒体肿胀、边集,肝细胞及肝窦内有较多的脂滴和髓样小体,内质网减少。染毒后期转氨酶和尿素氮均较对照组显著增高。乙醇与苯有协同作用,而甲苯则抑制苯的毒作用。
【Abstract】 AbstractDynamic morphological and functional changes of liver and kidney in female BALC/C mice exposed to benzene combined withtoluene or ethanol for 27 weeks(6 hr/d,6 d/w)were studied by light and transmitted electron microscopy and by determination of liver and renal functions.The results showed that there were ballooning , fatty and acidophilic degenerations and dot necrosis in the liver of mice inhaled 400 mg/m3 of benzene,or 40 mg/m3 of benzene with l0%ethanol in drinking water. The intensity and range of the pathological changes increased with exposure time. The ultrastructural changes of liver included swelling degeneration and cen-trifugal distribution of mitochondria and reduction of endoplasmic reticulim. There were fatty drops and myelocystic bodies in the liver cells and the sinus. The values of GPT,BUN and Cr in the later exposure period were all significantly higher than those in the controls. There were no obvious changes seen in kidney and lung. Ethanol enhanced while toluene inhibited the toxicity of benzene. kcy words Benzene inhalation Combined toxication Toluene Ethanol
