【摘要】 本研究的目的为探讨乳牙期与替牙期单侧后牙反的矫治方法，提高其疗效。以１５名单侧后牙反伴有颜面不对称的患儿为观察对象，采用活动矫治器，进行矫治前后的后前位Ｘ线头影测量分析。结果表明，单侧后牙反矫正后，下颌正中结构偏斜程度有明显改善，下颌骨两侧综合长度差亦明显减小。本研究结果提示，对乳牙期与替牙期单侧后牙反的早期矫治，可以便颜面不对称得到明显改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractFifteen unilateral crossbite patients of primary andmixed dentition with mandibular asymmetry were treat-ed by transverse expansion using removable appliance.Posteroanterior cephalometric analysis was utilized be-fore and after treatment. The results suggested that after the correction of unilateral crossbite, the deviation ofmidsagittal mandibular total lenth decreased significant-ly. According to this study, early treatment of unilater-al crossbite is indicated.更多还原
