【摘要】 为研究吸烟与腮腺沃辛瘤（Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎｔｕｍｏｒ）的关系，作者对１２８例腮腺沃辛瘤患者进行了吸烟史调查，并以２００例健康中老年人及１３６例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者作对照，分析吸烟与沃辛瘤发病的关系。结果表明，沃辛瘤患者中吸烟者比例（９６．９％）明显高于健康中老年人（２５．５％）及多形性腺瘤患者（２４．３％），且其吸烟量大，吸烟史长。对男女患者分别进行对照分析，结果相同，表明吸烟与腮腺沃辛瘤的发病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractThe smoking history was surveyed in 128 caseswith Warthin tumor of parotid gland in order to investi-gate the relationship between smoking and the develop-ment of the tumor. Two hundred cases of middle or oldage normal persons and 136 cases with pleomorphic adenoma in parotid gland served as the controls. The per-centage of smoker in patients with Warthin tumor(96. 9%) was much higher than that of middle or oldage normal persons (25. 5%) and patients with pleo-morphic adenoma (24. 3%). Morever, the amount ofsmoking was greater and the smoking history was longerin patients with Warthin tumor. When the male and fe-male patients were analysed respectively, the same re-sults were shown. This case control study suggeststhat smoking may be one of the etiologic factors associ-ated with the development of Warthin tumor.更多还原
