【摘要】 作者应用Ｔ淋巴细胞单克隆抗体ＯＫＴ系列检测了７０例口腔颌面部癌瘤患者。其结果是癌瘤患者的ＣＤ＿３～ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８值比健康人、口腔良性肿瘤患者明显降低，而ＣＤ＿８却明显上升；手术后ＣＤ＿８明显降低、ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８明显升高；对其中２０例患者的手术前、后进行动态检测，结果：１７例健在者中，ＣＤ＿３ＣＤ＿４、ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８值术后逐渐升高，ＣＤ＿８逐渐下降。３例远处转移者则ＣＤ＿４、ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８的值明显降低，ＣＤ＿８明显上升，结果预后不良。提示：检测Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群对监视病情发展，观察治疗效果具有一定的临床参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractWe report on Tsubgroup cells in 70 cases of oral-maxillofacial cancer determined by Tmonoclone anti-body-OKT system.The results are as follows : CD₃ , CD₄/CD₈ value ofcancer patients was decreased significantly, comparedwith that of health or oral benign tumor patients. CD₈was significantly increased （P<0. 001 ） : however, CD₈was decreased and CD₄/CD₈ ratio was increased after op-eration. 20 cases underwent the dynamic testing, deter-mined in 1 week , I and 3 month. The resuhs are as fol-lows : CD₃ , CD₄ . CD₄/CD₈ values were increased gradu-ally and CD₃ was decreased gradually in 17 cases of cura-tive patients, but CD₄ . CD₄/CD₈ , values were decreasedand CD₈ was increased significantly in 3 cases of metas-tased patients. Our conclusion is that determination ofT-subgroup cells is of reference value for monitoring andtreating cancer patients.更多还原
