飞行人员锌代谢平衡的研究

【摘要】 为了解我国飞行人员锌摄入、吸收和排泄量以及空、地勤人员锌代谢的差异,用双盘法在sd自由进食的条件下对24名飞行人员进行了锌代谢平衡的研究,并以24名地勤人员作为对照。飞行人员平均每日每公斤体重锌摄入量和锌营养素比率均低于对照组。飞行组的锌表现吸收量、存留量和血清锌均高于对照组。两组均呈锌正平衡。飞行人员每日理论需锌约235.38μmol,地勤人员229.23μmol。结果表明,飞行人员由于体重和摄人热量较高而导致其锌摄入低于对照组,在某种程度上飞行人员锌代谢平衡过程受其饮食中其他成份的影响。

【Abstract】 In order to study the daily intake,absorption,retention and excretion of zinc in pilots,and the difference between pilots and ground crew in the zinc metabolism,zinc metabolic balance studies were carried out in 24 male pilots eating self-selected diets for five consecutive days by duplicated plate diet analyses, and 24 male ground crew served as control. Mean daily zinc intake over the subjects’weight (μmol·kg-1·d-1) and the density of zinc in their diet (μmol/MJ) in experimental group was lower than those in the control. Mean apparent absorption,retention, and serum concentration of zinc in the pilots were higher than that in the ground crew. There was positive balance of zinc in both groups. The theoretical dai1y requirements were 235. 38 μmol for the pilots and 229. 23 μmol for the ground crew. Results showed that the zinc intake of the pilots in our studies seemed to be relatively lower com-pared with the control,because of a higher energy intake from their diet and a higher body weight in the pilots,and some processes of the zinc metabolic balance of the pilots have been affected by other nutri-tional factors of their diet in some extent.
