【摘要】 膝关节滑膜卡压综合征系指增生的滑膜组织被髌股关节卡压而产生的一系列症状。本文报告４７例５１个膝。常见的症状是行走痛，膝关节活动及上下楼梯时加剧，有些伴有弹响或交锁。全部病例均有压痛。关节镜下可见：（１）局限性滑膜增生共２６个膝，其中１２个膝的增生滑膜呈舌状或团块状从外侧突入髌股关节。１４个膝由滑膜皱壁增生引起。术中另做切口将增生之滑膜刨削或切除。（２）滑膜广泛增生共２５个膝，多继发于退行性骨关节病，增生之滑膜参差不齐地突入髌股关节。术中需多方向进行刨削。４５个膝随访９个月～４．５年，优３０膝（６６．７％），良１２膝（２６．７％），可３膝（６．６％）。作者认为关节镜术是诊断和治疗该综合征的有效方法。对一些退行性关节炎患者亦有良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Pinched svnovial-tissue syndrome is caused byproliferative synovial tissue pinched into the patella-femoral joint resulting in a series of symptorns. Thearticle reported 47 cases of this syndrome seen in 51joints. Usuallly, the patients suffer from pain duringwalking and going up and down stairs. Some may haveclick and locking. Tenderness can always be elicitedover the joint region:On arthroscopy,local synoviaIproliferation was seen, protruding into the patellar-femoral joint in 26 cases, and in 14 cases,the synovialfolds were formed in the medial aspect of the patellar-femoral joint.Synovial proliferation was extensive in25 knees. During arthroscopic surgery,all thesvnovial tissue was sheared off in dinerent directions. 45 cases had follow-up.The results were excellent in66.7%, good in 26.7%and fair in 6.6%. Theauthors believe,arthroscopic surgery is an effectiveprocedure for the diagnosis and treatment of thesyndrome ol pinched synovial-tissue in the knee.更多还原
