【摘要】 用兔造成肢体缺血再灌注损伤动物模型，于恢复血流再灌注当时动脉注射２０％甘露醇，结果用药后血中丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）、肌酸磷酸激酶（ＣＰＫ），谷草转氨酶（ＧＯＴ）、乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）较对照组明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），电镜下见骨骼肌损害也轻于对照组，细胞肿胀减轻，亚细胞结构破坏轻微，表明甘露醇可减轻肢体缺血再灌注损伤，对骨胳肌有保护作用。更多还原
