【摘要】 为了正确评价放疗与强的松对鼻咽癌合并皮肌炎的治疗作用，分析了资料完整的４５例鼻咽癌合并皮肌炎，并收集了４５例同期鼻咽癌患者作配对研究。结果表明：鼻咽癌合并皮肌炎组５，１０年生存率分别为５０．４％及３４．５％，远处转移为４０．５％；配对组相应分别为５７．８％，５５．２％及５６．５％。说明使用强的松配合放疗，不仅有一定作用，且未产生远处转移明显增加的结果更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty-one patients suffering from nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) complicated with dermatomyositis (DM) admitted between April 1964 and May 1989 were analyzed. They accounted for 0 027% (61/226183) of all malignancies and 0 086% of all nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted during the same period. Forty-five similar NPC patients who were age-, sex- and stage-matched, served as controls. Our data showed 5-year, 10-year survival and distant metastatic rates of 50 4%, 34 5% and 40 5% for NPC with DM and 57 8%, 55 2% and 56 5% for the controls. The results indicate that the radiotherapy plus prednisone regimen is not only effective but does not significantly in crease the rate of distant metastasis.更多还原
