【摘要】 对我院１９９２年３月～１０月间因相对头盆不称而施行剖宫产手术者１００例进行回顾性分析。结果：７３例诊断处理正确。诊断正确率为７３％。另２７例中，过早诊断相对头盆不称者８例，在产程中国观察处理不当出现相对头盆不称者１９例。提示：在产程中及时正确的诊断相对头盆不称，并允许其进行充分的试产。在产程中予以正确的处理，是降低剖宫产率，提高产科质量的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 A retrospective analysis on the l00 cases cesarean section with indication of cephalopelvic dispropor-tion was carried out in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,From March to October in 1992,there were 73 cases were performed operation with correct diagnosis and management,another 27 cases were required further discussion, such as too early intervention of the delivery in laten phase in 8 cases,improper observation and management in active phase in l9 cases.Therefore we suggest that the diag-nosis of cephalopelvic disproportion should be carefully after observation in labor stage and sufficiently trials of labor;It may decrease the rate of cesarean section and increase the obstetric quality。更多还原
