【摘要】 报告岩骨内胆脂瘤３例。采用迷路进路行胆脂瘤摘除术，术腔以脂肪组织填塞，外耳道软骨部内翻缝合并以肌骨膜瓣加固封闭。术后均愈合良好，随访１４～３６月，未见复发。对岩骨内胆脂瘤的成因、诊断和手术方法进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three cases of petrous bone cholesteatoma removed through translabyrinthine-cochlear approach with the surgicial defect obliterated by using adipose tissue covered with superfical temporalis fasia flap were reported.The average follow-up period was two years without any sign of recurrence.The etiology,diagnosis and methods of surgical treatment were discussed.更多还原
