【摘要】 以豚鼠内耳组织作为抗原免疫豚鼠，观察免疫前及免疫后不同时期豚鼠听阈几项免疫学参数和内耳病理组织结构的变化。结果发现：免疫后豚鼠内耳组织病理学光镜及扫描电镜观察出现了一些改变，听阈显著提高，Ｔ淋巴细胞转化率显著低于正常，循环免疫复合物显著升高。并对实验结果进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe the immunoiogical changes ,an animal model of experimental autoim-mune sensorineural hearing loss was created by using the guinea pig’s inner ear as an antigen. The re-sults showed that the endolymphatic hydrops and distension of the Reissner’s membrane appeared in the models. Disturbance and loss of the stereocilia can also be seen, Two weeks after immunization,the mean of ABR thresholds was significantly elevated by comparing with the preimmunization(P<0.01)。Thelevation of the ABR thresholds was associated with the pathological changes. After immunization,the T lymphocyte transform function was much different from that of the normal state. CIC was also el-evated significantly after immunization.更多还原
