【摘要】 应用彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）检查５９例Ⅱ型糖尿病（ＤＭ－Ⅱ）患者的肾内动脉血流动力学参数，并以４０名正常人为对照．结果表明：ＤＭ－Ⅱ组患者的肾内段动脉血流阻力指数（ＲＩ）明显高于对照组；病程长短与肾内动脉血流阻力异常检出率有关，病程愈长ＲＩ异常检出率愈高，患原发性高血压较血压正常的ＤＭ－Ⅱ患者更易较早出现ＲＩ异常．结果提示。ＲＩ是反映贤内动脉血流阻力大小的客观指标之一．ＤＭ－Ⅱ组肾功能在正常范围者，已有部分病例ＲＩ增高，表明肾内动脉血流阻力异常较肾功能异常出现为早．更多还原

【Abstract】 The blood flow of the intrarenal artery in 59 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)and 4o normal adults as control were studied by color Doppler flow imaging.The relationship between the resistance index(RI)derived from Doppler waveform and the duration of disease and blood pressure in NIDDM patients was analyzed. The results showed that the RI of the NIDDM patients was significantly higher than that of normal controls. The number of abnormal RI increased with longer duration of the disease. Abnormal RI appeared earlier in NIDDM patients accompanied by primary hypertension than the patients with normal blood pressure. Increased RI occurred in a part of NIDDM with normal renal function indicating that abnormal flow impedance of infrarenal artery occurred earlier than abnormal renal function. It is suggested that RI is an objective parameter to assess flow impedance of infrarenal artery.更多还原
