【摘要】 总结了实时超声引导和监视下经皮经肝穿刺硬化治疗１２例子囊型肝包虫囊肿的经验．穿刺成功率１００％，总有效率１００％．无一例出现并发症．超声随访观察平均１１个月，最长者已逾２８个月，未发现针道或腹腔种植扩散的迹象，亦无一例复发．作者认为超声引导经皮穿刺硬化治疗子囊型肝包虫囊肿简便易行、安全可靠、疗效卓著，是一种基本上可替代传统手术疗法的新途径．更多还原

【Abstract】 Twelve cases with hepatic hydatid disease with 16 daughter cysts treated by percutaneous puncture and transhepatic sclerotherapy under ultrasound guidance were reported. The successful rate of puncture and effective rate of the treatment were 100%. None of the cases had complication and relapse. There was no sign of the implantation. and extension at the sites of puncture and abdominal cavities in the follow-up cases (the average time of follow-up was 11 months and the longest was 28 months).
