【摘要】 应用彩色多普勒综合性心脏超声方法（彩超）检测３０例初发系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）连续病例并与３０例健康对照组比较。结果显示ＳＬＥ组左室内径及室壁厚度较大；心室肥厚和／或扩张占３３％；左室充盈指标异常占４０％；瓣叶病变、心包积液和肺动脉高压分别占４３％、３７％和２７％。总异常率为８７％，远高于常规心电图及Ｘ线胸片（Ｐ＜０．０１）。认为ＳＬＥ年青患者病程早期即多有亚临床心脏异常，彩超是其早期诊断及随访观察的简便可靠的无创性检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 A color Doppler echocardiography(CD Echo)was performed in 30 new onset patientswith systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and 30 normal controls.CD Echo abnormalities were more common(26 cases,87%)than that of the electrocardiogram and the chest film in SLE(P<0.01;P<0.01).Valve abnormalities,pericardial effusion and pulmonary hypertension were found in 13, 11 and8 patients(43%,37%,and27%),respectively. Abnormalities in ventricular chamber size and/or wallthickness and left ventricular filling were found in 10 and 13 patients(33% and 40%),respectively.These data indicate that there are a variety of subclinical cardiac abnormalities in SLE and confirm thevalue of CD Echo for identifying and monitoring these abnormalities.更多还原
