【Abstract】 Native type Ⅱ collagen was isolated from rat tail tendon by acid extraction.Such an acid extract purified by dialysis became collagen gel which could promote cornea epithelial wound healing.Collagen membrane was made of the acid extract by salting out,it could decrease osmosis and lighten pains of burned wounds.The two type collagen preparations were efficient in repairing wound and shortening hospitalized period,and their composition,medicine effect and toxicity have been verified by a series of tests.It was supposed that the collagen preparations could be applied widely in clincal treatmemt.(Original article on page 149)更多还原
