【摘要】 股骨颈骨折的治疗仍被视为难题，尤其是陈旧性股骨颈骨折，至今疗效仍不理想。笔者从１９８０年以来，设计应用自体腓骨骨栓内固定加股方肌肌蒂骨瓣植骨的方法治疗陈旧性股骨颈骨折，随访５年以上的有２６例，取得较好远期疗效。强调良好的复位和可靠的内固定以及尽早足够的恢复股骨头的血供是治疗股骨颈骨折的三要素。笔者介绍了手术方法，并对这种治疗方法的优越性作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The treatment of femur neck fracture,especially the old one,is still difficult to handle.The effect of the treatment is still dissatisfactary for the time being.Since 1980 twenty six cases of old fracture of femoral neck have been treated with internal fixation of self fibula peg and pedicled bone graft of musculus quadratus femoris.All the patients were followed up for more than 5 years. Good effects were achieved.Reduction with good alignment,stable internal fixation and early recovery of femur head blood spply are important in order to get a good clinical result.The method and it’s advantages are discussed.更多还原
