中性膦类萃取剂萃取四价铀的动力学研究

【摘要】 采用升滴法研究了异丁基膦酸二异辛基酯-煤油溶液从盐酸水溶液中萃取四价铀(U4+)的动力学,测定了萃取反应过程中U4+,HCl和萃取剂(E)的反应级数,在一定的HCl浓度下,U4+的萃取速率可通过公式计算得到。在改变HCl浓度时,萃取速率与HCl浓度的1.51次方成正比。还测定了温度(15℃~50℃)对萃取速率的影响,计算得到萃取反应的表观活化能为23.24kJ/mol。并由实验结果推断出此萃取反应过程和过程的控制步骤。

【Abstract】 The extraction kinetics of U (IV) in the diisooctyl isobutylphosphonate system has been studied by using the single drop method. The effects of the concentrations of U(IV) , HCl and extractant on the extraction rate have been examined. In a certain HCl concentration, the extraction rate equation has been acquired and in the condition of various HCI concentration the extraction rate of U(IV) is proportional to [HCl]1.51. The effect of operation temperature was also examined, and the calculated apparent activation energy is equal to 23. 24 kJ/mol. From the experimental results, the extraction reaction process and the rate-controlling step have been deduced.
