U-Si合金相分析(英文)
PHASES ANALYSIS OF U-Si ALLOYS
【摘要】 铀-硅合金有七种相,每种相的铀含量都不一样,而合金中每种相的相对百分含量取决于硅的添加量。用扫描电子显微镜、扫描电镜的波谱和透射电镜的EDAX-9100能谱,进行不同含Si量的U-Si合金相分析(U-3.9wt%Si,U-7.7wt%Si,U-10.6wt%Si);用真空电弧熔炼U-3.9wt%Si和U-10.6wt%Si合金。分析结果表明,U-3.9wt%Si铸态合金含有U,U3Si2共晶混合物和少量U3Si,而U-10.6wt%Si铸态合金主要为USi,其余为U3Si2。用真空感应炉熔炼U-7.7wt%Si合金,这种铸态合金主要为U3Si2和少量USi。用IBAS-2000图象分析仪测量合金中的USi相百分含量,平均值约11.9wt%。
【Abstract】 The U-Si alloys contain seven phases. The uranium level in the phases are different , and the relative amount of each phase in the alloy depends on the additive amount of Si. A phase analysis of U-Si alloy with different Si levels (U-3. 9 wt%Si,U-7.7wt%Si and U-10.6wt%Si) were carried out by SEM, WDS in SEM,and EDAX-9100 in TEM. U-3. 9 wt%Si and U-10.6wt%Si alloys were melted using vacuum arc, the analytical results show that ascast U-3.9wt% Si alloy is composed of U, U3Si2 eutectic mixture and small amount of U3Si, and as-cast U-10. 6 wt%Si alloy is mainly composed of USi and U3Si2. The U-7.7wt% Si alloy was melted in vacuum induction furnace, and as-cast U-7.7 wt%Si alloy consists of much U3Si2 and small amount of USi. The percentage of USi phase in the alloy was determined through the image analyzing computer-IBAS-2000, the average value is about 11.9wt%.
