【Abstract】 Two parameters,the density smoothness(m)and the saturation density(D∞),are proposed to evaluate the ink receptivity of offset newsprint.m and D∞ can be determined experimentally with IGT printability tester.Four offset newsprints with different surface characteristics have been differentiated successfully with this method.Print quality dependence on m and D∞ and the effect of wet repellance on ink receptivity of paper are discussed in detail.更多还原
