草乌几种炮制品的镇痛作用比较

【摘要】 用小鼠扭体法和热板法比较研究了草乌润后加压蒸新法炮制品和药典法炮制品、生品的镇痛效果。结果证明新法炮制品中以草乌润后加压蒸制时间较长者(新法1炮制品,润48h后,68.65kPa,115℃蒸2h)的镇痛作用明显,显著优于药典法炮制品(P<0.05)而与草乌生品相近。

【Abstract】 his paper deals with the effects of crude Aconitum and Aconitum processed by a new method of moistening andsteaming,and by method of pharmacopoeial stiputation on the analgesic action with writhing test and hot plat test inmice. The result shows that the Aconitum processed by new methed No 1,which applies moistening in water for 48hand then heating with high pressure steam ( 68. 65kpa, 115℃)for 2h has an advantage over that processed according topharmacopoeial routine (P<0. 05) .
