【摘要】 本实验主要观察了健脾理气、化瘀软坚、清热解毒法（Ａ法），健脾理气法（Ｂ法），化瘀软坚法（Ｃ法），清热解毒法（Ｄ法）对小鼠肝癌的体内外抑瘤作用和对荷肝癌小鼠Ｍ细胞、ＮＫ细胞、ＬＡＫ细胞、ＩＦＮ、ＩＬ－２的影响。结果表明Ａ法的直接抑瘤作用主要源于其中Ｃ法部分，对免疫功能的影响主要源于其中Ｄ法部分，Ａ法为Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄ法的有机结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 his Paper mainly studied the treatment of mouse hepatocarcinomas(H22)Which were vac-cinated by using four therapeutic methods of Traditional Chinese Med icine,that is,invigoratingthe splcen and rcgulating vital energy,removing blood stasis and dissipating a mass,clearingaway heat and toxic materials(A);invigorating the spleen and regulating vital energy(B)re-moving blood stasis and dissipating a mass(C)and clearing away heat and toxic materials(D)。Inhibition of tumour of mice was observed in vivo and in vitro respectively ,and the activity of M NkC, LAKC, IFN and IL一2 were determined in mice carring liver tumour by using theselaws。 The results indicated that the direct Lilling was mainly caused by the partc,the immunologicinfluence was mainly caused by the part B. The law of A is the organic comblination of B ,C andD,which can bring more anti一tumour action than other single law.更多还原
