【摘要】 本文报告围产期髂股静脉血栓形成226例,占同期各种原因髂股静脉血栓形成的23.5%,并对其发病原因、治疗及预防进行了探讨.本组自然分娩148例,剖宫产术38例,阴道助产40例.发病原因主要是由于围产期孕产妇血液处于高凝状态、血流速度减慢、血管损伤三大因素综合作用的结果.本组采用以尿激酶为主的中西医结合溶栓疗法,指出疗效与发病时间有关,发病五天内接受治疗者,多能在一周内主干静脉复通.近期复通率90.5%.更多还原

【Abstract】 The 226 cases of thrombosis of iiiofemoral vein in perinatal period were reported and madeup 23. 5% of thrombosis of iiiofemoral vein from 1984. 10 to 1994. 10 in our hospital. The caus-es,methods of treatment ad prevention were studied. The high coagulation of blood, little action,in bed and damage in iliac blood vessel in late pregnancy and labor were thinked responsible forthis disease. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine urokinase was used intreatment. It was confirmed there are relationship between the effects and days of starting treat-ment. Main veins could be reopen if starting treatment is in 5 days. Reopen rate of veins wasabout 90. 5% in short term. The thrombosis of iiiofemoral vein in perinatal period was thinkedpreventable.更多还原
