纤维填料在上流式厌氧污泥床过滤器中的作用及特点
The Effects and Characteristics of the Synthetic Fibrous Packing in UASB +AF Reactor
【摘要】 合成纤维填料是一种孔隙率大,比表面积大,价廉耐用的新型填料。它作为不同规模的上流式厌氧污泥床过滤器(UASB+AF)的滤层填料,在处理高浓度有机废水的试验和生产运行过程中均显出突出的优点。纤维填料挂膜性能好,膜活性较高,并具有阻截污泥的作用,纤维填料的设置还改善了反应区上部的水流状态。因而,从整体上提高了反应器的性能。
【Abstract】 The fibre packing is a new type of packing with large porosity and specific surface,low priced anddurable. When different size f UASB+AF reactors, packed with it,were used to treat high concentrated organic wastewater.many advantages were showed in operation. The bio-film on the fibre packing was growing well with high activity.Theanaerobic sludge could be retained and the hydraulic state above the sludge blanket was improved by the fibrous packing.Hence the reactor behaviors were improved on the whole.
