【摘要】 报告７４例淋巴管注入多联抗癌药物治疗恶性淋巴瘤，完全缓解率为６９．７％，总有效率为１００％，明显优于传统的静脉化疗组。经￣（９９ｍ）ＴＣ－Ｄｅｘｔｒｏ标记法作淋巴结核素显影及￣（１３１）Ｉ标记博来霉素对淋巴管与静脉两组注药前后的药代动力学观察，证实淋巴管注药后于淋巴系统及肿瘤局部的药物浓度高，停留时间长，该法确实是一种可行而有效的局部强化疗法，值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A total of 74 cases of malignant lymphoma was treated with multi-anticancer agent infusion through the lymphatic vessel.The complete remission rate and overall responsive rate were 69.7% and 100% respectively.This treatment was superior than traditional intravenous chemotherapy as far as the effect is concerned.The pharmacodynamic study using ¹³¹ I labelled bleomycine and ￣（99m） Tc-Dextro labelled lymph node nuclide image showed that drugs were held with higher concentration and longer existence in the tumor tissue and lymphatic system after lymphatic vessel infusion.It is concluded that this method of treatment is feasible and efficacious in the treatment of malignant lymphoma.更多还原
