【摘要】 报告了用卡莫氟治疗３４６例胃肠道恶性肿瘤的前瞻性多中心试验结果。２０６例胃癌和１４０例大肠癌分设单药治疗组、卡莫氟联合化疗组及氟脲嘧啶联合化疗组。有效率胃癌分别为２８．５％，４３．３％和２５．０％；大肠癌分别为２１．６％，２２．４％和２０．３％。卡莫氟对血液系统及胃肠道毒性与氟脲嘧啶相似，但有热感、尿频、头晕、手麻和口麻等少见的神经系统毒副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of gastrointestinal cancer were treated with Carmofur (HCFU)in a prospective multicenter trial. 206 cases of gastric cancer and 140 cases of colorectal cancer each were divided into three arms:single drug,combination chemotherapy with HCFU or 5FU. For gastric cancer, the response rates were 28.5%, 43.3%,25.0% respectively, while the response rates of colorectal cancer were 21.6%, 22.4%,20.3%. Both the hematological and gastrointestinal toxicities of HCFU were simialr to 5FU. The unusual neurological toxicities such as hot sensation, frequency of urination, dizziness and numbness of mouth and hands were seen only in patients treated with HCFU occasionally.更多还原
