红麻化学机械浆的抄造性能及其成纸印刷适性的研究

【摘要】 分析了红麻化机浆的湿纸幅强度,特别是湿纸幅伸长率的影响因素,并用纤维卷曲指数FCI来表现这一影响趋势。建立了湿纸幅综合性能的分析模式──A/S比概念,并以此来评价红麻化机浆的抄造性能。还根据红麻化机浆的实际应用,对其成纸的印刷适性进行了初步的研究。

【Abstract】 The runnability and printability of newsprint with kenaf chemimechanical pulp (CMP) as major furnish is being studied. Runnability of a pulp can be affected through three aspects: drainage wet web adhension and wet web strength, i. e represented by wet web rupture work. In this paper. fiber curl index (FCI) was used to describe the effects of fiber flexibility on wet web stretch and wet web rupture work. Based on Mardon’s equation, a new concept-A/S ratio, the ratio of adhesion to wet web strength was introduced to evaluate the qualities and runnability of pulps. The printability of newsprint with kenaf CMP as the major furnish was studied in accordance to its unprinted sheet opacity, print opacity, print density and sheet surface strength. Test results show that wet web rupture work of kenaf xylem CMP is comparatively low, because of its lower wet web stretch. Whole-stalk kenaf CMP has better wet web stretch and wet web rupture work than that of kenaf xylem CMP blended with 30% of sulfite wood pulp. With the exception of print opacity, all other printability indices for kenaf xylem of whole-stalk CMP discussed in this work could reach the quality standards of newsprint made from wood pulp.
