【摘要】 白癜风丸是治疗白癜风的常用药物，本文通过双波长薄层扫描法测定了白癜风大蜜丸中主要有效成分补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。选定波长、补骨脂素λ＿ｓ＝３１０ｎｍ，异补骨脂素λ＿ｓ＝３１０ｎｍ，λ＿Ｒ＝２１０ｎｍ。以苯：乙酸乙酯（１０．５：０．５）为展开剂。外标二点法计算含量，测得的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的回收率分别为９９．２３％和９９．８０％。相对标准偏差分别为０．３４％和０．１２％。表明该法操作简便，分析迅速，结果准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bai Dian Feng pills had remarkable thearpeutical effects for leukodermia in clinical practice.Psoralen and isopsoralenwere the main effective constituents in Bai Dian Feng pills. A method for the TLC scanning determination of psoralen and isop-soralen were established in this paper. The solutions for sampies were spotted on a silicagel plate and developed with benzene-ethyl acetate(10.5:0.5).The spots were scanned with a shimadza dual-wavelength TLC scanner CS一9000 atλ_R=210nm.λ_s=310nm,by zig一zag scanning.The recoverey were 99.23%and 99.8%respectively. The variation cofficient were0.34%and 0.12%respectively. The method was simple and accurate.更多还原
