人参二醇组皂甙对甲基磺酸甲酯诱发小鼠精子非程序DNA合成的抑制作用
Inhibitory effect of panaxadiol saponin on unscheduled DNA synthesisinduced by methyl methanesulfonate in spermatozoa of mice
【摘要】 应用雄性小鼠生殖细胞非程序DNA合成(UDS)试验方法,动态地观察了人参二醇组皂甙(PDS)对甲基磺酸甲酯(MMS)所诱发UDS的抑制作用。结果表明,在ipMMS(75mg/kg)同时或提前1~5h将PDS(240mg/kg)ip小鼠,可明显抑制小鼠精子UDS,而在MMS给予后ipPDS则对MMS诱发的UDS无明显影响。提示PDS可预防MMS对遗传物质的损伤作用。
【Abstract】 Methyl methanesulfonate(MMS,75 mg/kg ip )-induced unscheduled DNA synthe-sis(UDS) inhibited significantly in the spermatozoa of mice with ip panaxadiol saponin(PDS,240mg/kg) at 0~5 h prior to ip MMS. PDS ip at 1~5 h after injection of MMS did not affect UDSinduced by MMS. These results indicate that PDS may protect genetic materials from damagecaused by MMS.
