【摘要】 利用选育成的芝麻雄性核不育系及相应恢复系，研究以现蕾至始花期花药特征为标记获得全不育的芝麻两系法制种效果。试验结果表明，雄性不育系不育度达到９９．０％．制种田不育株自然异交结实率可达９９．５％以上。制种亩产量常２１．３—４２．５公斤，不育系繁殖亩产量２０．２５公斤，繁殖田、制种田与生产田面积比为１：１００：１００００。更多还原

【Abstract】 The methods of hybrid seed production by using genetic male sterile lines and their corresponding restorers bad been studied. The results showed that male sterility of male sterile line reached to 99. 0%,and the percentage of natural cross pollination was over 99. 5% under the fild conditions. The yield of hybrid seed production was 21.3- 4 2. 4kg/mu(319. 5- 637. 5kg/ha). The method mentioned in this paper is suitable for commercial sesame hybrid seed production. The peper also points out the distinctive availible biological characteristics of shooting and flowering organs in sesame,for hybrid seed production using the male sterile lines.更多还原
