【Abstract】 In this paper, the antifungal ciclopirox olamine was prepared from β,β-dimethylacrylic acid by five steps of esterification, chlorination, acylation, condensation,and salt formation.The yield of the condensation markedly was increased by 14%, using the improved method.更多还原
