【Abstract】 The pharmacokinetics of nifedipins(NF) pellets and NF conventional tablets were compared after oral administration of a single dose (10mg) to 6 volunteers in an open randomized crossover study.A simple,quick and accurate HPLC method was adopted to assay the drug concentration in plasma.The results showed that the relative bioavailability in the pellet group was 172% in comparison with that in the conventional tablet group.更多还原
