【摘要】 采用上斜肌折叠术治疗上斜肌麻痹病人２０例，其中１４例联合同侧下斜肌后徙术；３例联合同侧下斜肌后徙与对侧下直肌后徙术；３例联合同侧下斜肌后徙与同侧上直肌后徙术。多数病例手术效果满意，仅一例出现Ｂｒｏｗｎ综合征。因而上斜肌折叠术在治疗上斜肌麻痹时仍不失为一有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Twenty Patients with Suprior obliquemuscle palsies were treated with SO museletuck surgery within recent years. Fourteenhad unilateral tuck of superior oblique mus-cle with an ipsilateral inferior oblique musclerecession;Three had unilateral tuck with anipsilateral inferior oblique muscle recessionand a contralateral inferior rectus muscle re-cession;Three had unilateraltuck Wjth anipsilateral inferior oblique muscle recessionand superior rectus muscle recession. All pa-tients exeept l case obtained the best results. Brown svndrome was seen in one case. Wethink that superior oblique muscle tuck proce-dure is an effective operation in the treatmentof superior oblique muscle palsy.更多还原
